User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs access to the website global-mst.com and the use of its services. The Agreement is concluded between the Website Administration and any person using the website (the “User”).

1. General provisions

• Website — the information resource at global-mst.com, including its pages, services and functionality.
• Administration — the owner of the Website, responsible for its operation and support.
• User — any person visiting the Website or using its services.
• Content — texts, images, audio, video, links and other materials posted on the Website.

2. Acceptance of terms

Using the Website constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with its terms, please stop using the Website.

The Agreement applies to all Users, including guests and registered users, and remains in effect indefinitely.

10. Changes and disputes

The Administration may amend the Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the new version.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in the manner prescribed by law, unless otherwise required by law.
